We are based in Chelmsford and cover a wide area across Essex, London and the surrounding counties. In Essex we serve Brentwood, Basildon, Colchester, Braintree, Witham, Maldon, Harlow and beyond. Across London we work throughout East, Central, North, South and West London. We also cover the surrounding home counties including parts of Hertfordshire, Kent and Suffolk.

Most standard domestic installations are typically completed within a day.
Larger systems, longer pipe runs or multi-room installations may take 2–3 days depending on the setup.

In most cases, no. The majority of domestic and commercial air conditioning installations fall under permitted development rights. However, there are exceptions, particularly for listed buildings or properties in conservation areas. We can advise you on this during your free survey.
